Charlie Cuthbert
Biography
I am a humanistic, integrative practitioner. This means my
relationship with you is my priority in our work. I use different
techniques to focus on you and tailor the therapy to your needs,
enabling you to reach your therapeutic goals.
I work to the BACP ethics and guidelines and offer you a safe,
confidential, and non-judgmental space. The space and time are
yours to explore and reflect on what you chose.
I have experience with working as a youth worker with young
people with ADHD and Autism as well as in a children’s
residential care home. I also used to work in schools that
provided therapeutic sessions for young people with ADHD and
Autism.
Since training and qualifying with a MSC in Counselling
specialising in Children and Young People, I have been working
with a variety of ages up to 35 years of age diagnosed with ADHD
and Autism, and therefore feel very comfortable working with
those to offer support and techniques in managing their
ADHD/Autism in daily life.
I also specialised my dissertation around the effectiveness of
CBT with those who have been diagnosed with Autism, so I have
a special interest around neurodiversity.
