ADHD is a neurological condition and therefore symptoms can fall into emotional, physical and behavioural realms. My background as a nurse and experience as a therapist allows me to support you from all perspectives. I trained with UKAAN at kings College University in the assessment and treatment of ADHD to better understand the specifics of ADHD and how best to manage symptoms from a holistic approach taking into consideration the character nuances that ADHD often seems to bring.
My own experience of having ADHD has given me a passion to understand the condition and my lived experience gives me a deep level of understanding.
My skill set alongside nursing and ADHD treatment also includes Addiction and relational psychotherapy, EMDR and clinical sexology. I aim to blend my skills to offer the opportunity for integrative work which is bespoke to each client I work with.
